These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and bdspin governing your use of the platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing bdspin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdspin platform — including the website at bdspin.bio, any associated mobile applications, and all game, betting, and casino services offered therein — you (hereinafter "the Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the bdspin Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the bdspin platform and close any account you may have opened. Your continued use of bdspin following the publication of any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bdspin with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and bdspin relating to the subject matter herein.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

18+ Only. bdspin is strictly for players aged 18 years and above. Any person found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately and any balance returned to the original payment method used for deposit.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bdspin account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

You are at least 18 years of age or such higher minimum age as may be required by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure) acting on your own behalf.
You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bdspin or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
You are not registered as a self-excluded player on bdspin or any related platform, and you have not been subject to a permanent account closure by bdspin for any prior breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of accessing bdspin.

bdspin conducts age verification checks at account registration and may request additional identity documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Documentary evidence may include — but is not limited to — a National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bdspin support will result in the suspension of the relevant account pending document receipt.

bdspin expressly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. If you have reason to believe that a minor is using a bdspin account — whether your own account or that of another household member — you must contact bdspin support immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of bdspin services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawal of winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules apply to the account registration process and to the ongoing maintenance of your bdspin account.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one active bdspin account at any time. If bdspin identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether through the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, the same identity documents, or any combination thereof — bdspin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or wagers placed from those accounts, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation. Where fraud is suspected, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bdspin recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account Settings panel. bdspin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bdspin support immediately.

3.4 Account Updates

If any of the personal information associated with your bdspin account changes — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you are required to update your account details promptly. You can do this through the Account Settings section of the platform. bdspin cannot be held liable for failed communications, missed notifications, or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

Register once. Opening multiple accounts in any form — including using a different name, device, or mobile number — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Verify your identity. KYC verification is required before bdspin will process your first withdrawal. Submitting fraudulent or altered identity documents is a criminal matter and will be reported accordingly.

Protect your login. Never share your bdspin account credentials with another person. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it.

Keep information current. Outdated contact details may delay withdrawal processing, bonus delivery, and important security notifications from bdspin.

Report suspicious activity. If you notice unrecognised logins, transactions, or bet placements on your account, contact bdspin support at [email protected] without delay.

Account is non-transferable. Your bdspin account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person under any circumstances.

4.1 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bdspin does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be reversed and the relevant player account suspended pending investigation. bdspin does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. bdspin reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on any day are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST are processed the following day.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bdspin applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls in line with responsible industry practice. Any pattern of deposits and withdrawals that does not involve genuine game play — sometimes called "churning" — may be flagged for review. bdspin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal approval and request source-of-funds documentation where AML concerns arise. Accounts found to be engaged in money laundering activity will be closed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

Currency Note: All bdspin account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There are no currency conversion fees. What you deposit in ৳ is what appears in your account balance — no hidden exchange-rate deductions.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bdspin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general rules, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a bdspin account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The exact welcome bonus value, qualifying deposit amount, and applicable wagering requirement are specified on the bdspin promotions page at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are available to each new player once only and cannot be claimed more than once regardless of the payment method used.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, all bdspin bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount of real-money wagers that must be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x applied to a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to certain live casino tables and fixed-odds sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdspin monitors player betting patterns in relation to active bonuses. If bdspin determines — at its sole discretion — that a player is exploiting a bonus by placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, bdspin reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and in serious cases close the player account. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: betting on all outcomes of the same event, using bonus funds exclusively on games with very high RTP (Return to Player) percentages to minimise exposure, or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus clearance.

5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

bdspin runs seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions have their own specific terms and are available for the duration stated on the promotion page. bdspin reserves the right to withdraw or modify seasonal promotions at any time without prior notice.

Section 6

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

bdspin is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdspin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Fraud and Misrepresentation. Using false identity documents, impersonating another person, providing misleading information during KYC, or any other form of fraudulent conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.

Collusion. Colluding with other players — including in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets — to gain an unfair advantage over bdspin or other players is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

Use of Automated Software. Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools designed to place bets autonomously, or any other non-human means to interact with the bdspin platform is forbidden.

Exploiting Technical Errors. If you become aware of a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake that gives you or any other player an undue advantage, you must stop playing and report it to bdspin support immediately. Winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.

Money Laundering. Using bdspin as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant Bangladeshi authorities and international bodies as required.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with a mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank in relation to a genuine bdspin deposit constitutes fraud. bdspin will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.

Abusive Behaviour. Abusive, threatening, or harassing language directed at bdspin support staff or other players via any communication channel is prohibited and will result in account suspension pending review.

Underage Gambling. Allowing or facilitating access to your bdspin account by a person under 18 years of age is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

bdspin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bdspin has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. The following rules govern account suspension and closure.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their bdspin account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their account closed with immediate effect. bdspin will not market to or contact self-excluded players for any commercial purpose during the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are permanent unless a formal request for reactivation is submitted after a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the Responsible Gaming Policy. bdspin treats responsible gaming closures with the highest priority and will process them before any other pending account actions.

7.3 Enforcement Closures

Where bdspin closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse — the following consequences may apply: (a) the account balance may be withheld pending investigation; (b) any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited; (c) any bets placed in breach of these terms may be voided; and (d) the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. bdspin's decision in enforcement closure matters is final.

7.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdspin will notify the player by email before applying any inactivity-related charges. Where an inactivity fee applies, it will not exceed ৳200 per month and will only be deducted from any real-money balance remaining in the account. The inactivity fee will never cause the account balance to go below zero.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdspin's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the player's use of the bdspin platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their bdspin account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdspin shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if bdspin has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:

Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
Loss of data or corruption of data.
Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
Any loss arising from or in connection with interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond bdspin's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government-mandated restrictions.

bdspin makes no warranty, express or implied, that the bdspin platform will be available without interruption, free from errors or defects, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdspin does not warrant that the platform is fit for any particular purpose other than the services expressly described in these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bdspin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair commercial practice. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bdspin's internal complaints process should be directed to bdspin support at [email protected] for escalation.

8.1 Complaints Procedure

If you wish to make a formal complaint regarding any aspect of the bdspin platform or these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact bdspin support via live chat or email. bdspin aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full written response within 5 business days. Where a complaint requires additional investigation — for example, in cases involving disputed bets or payment discrepancies — bdspin will provide a written progress update every 5 business days until the matter is resolved.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. The modification or deletion of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
